What your days could look like
No two learners arrive with the same story, so no two days are ever the same.
Working with small groups of students, you'll deliver engaging learning experiences that build confidence alongside qualifications.
You'll help learners progress through their personalised Pathways curriculum, supporting them to develop:
- Functional Skills in English and Maths
- Employability and workplace readiness
- Vocational interests and career aspirations
- Confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing
- Personal development and independence
- The skills needed to progress into employment, further education or training
