If you are looking for a career in one of the most important and dynamic areas of digital marketing, this entry-level position based in our Biddable department in Epsom, Surrey is for you.
Following a comprehensive induction programme, our Executives are able to develop rapidly and will quickly be working on a balanced portfolio of clients that vary by size and industry.
Even though this is an entry-level position, we expect you to have done your research into Paid Media before you apply. You don’t need to be a pro or have loads of work experience in this area but we do want to know that you are familiar with what Paid Search and Paid Social is all about and have a good understanding and genuine interest in the basic concepts.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Build broad skills in Paid Search and Paid Social so that you can support the execution and implementation of client campaigns
- Work towards becoming a tactical expert in all major platforms across Paid Search, Paid Social, performance Display and performance Video
- Become a reliable resource for current and past campaign information including goals, targeting, tactics, performance etc.
- Monitor individual campaign performance and flag any concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications
You will have strong analytical and numerical skills and will be enthusiastic with a committed work ethic.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail will be needed, but mostly you will have to be a proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team, showing initiative and a “can do” approach.
As the environment is fast-paced, time management will be one of the more important skills you possess, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise your tasks, sometimes being under pressure to meet deadlines.
Pay: £24,420.00-£25,000.00 per year
