Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with senior team members to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Help organize networking events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management techniques
