Experience in working within a school is essential. We are primarily looking for an excellent practitioner who has a hunger to improve, a strong teamwork ethic and who is adaptable. The person appointed would need the skills and qualities necessary to maintain the consistently high levels of behaviour and learning. The ability to build good relationships with the children, staff, parents and the community is vital. Any experience or a passion for Forest Schools would be beneficial.
