Join Our Team
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of your services, working closely with clinical and corporate colleagues to ensure safe, effective, and high-performing delivery.

Operational Leader – Lead and manage service delivery across your portfolio, ensuring performance against KPIs, quality standards, and contractual requirements
- Performance Driver – Monitor and analyse service performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, access, and patient outcomes
- People Leader – Support and develop teams, creating a positive, high-performing culture where colleagues can thrive
- Service Improver – Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supporting pathway optimisation and service transformation
- Stakeholder Partner – Build strong relationships with internal teams, commissioners, and system partners to ensure collaborative and effective service delivery
You’ll work as part of a collaborative leadership team, playing a key role in shaping and delivering services that make a real difference to patients’ lives.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You’ll be able to demonstrate:

Experience in an operational management role, ideally within healthcare or a similar regulated environment
- Strong understanding of performance management, KPIs, and service delivery
- Experience leading and developing teams, with a people-focused leadership style
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable (but not essential):

Experience working within NHS or community healthcare services
- Experience managing multi-site or geographically dispersed services
- Experience in service transformation, pathway redesign, or mobilisation
- Knowledge of healthcare governance and compliance requirements
