Job Title: Part-Time Field Operations & Logistics Assistant
Location: London (Extensive travel across London and occasional travel to nearby cities)
Job Type: Part-Time (Core hours: 15 hours per week | Flexible structure split across 2 or 3 days per week)
Compensation: £14.00 per hour + Work-Related Public Transport Expenses

Our network is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a reliable, dynamic, and hands-on Field Operations & Logistics Assistant to join our team in London.
What You’ll Do:
Field Logistics, Collections & Installations
- Travel extensively across London via the public transport network, with occasional travel to nearby cities, to manage product collections, deliveries, and lightweight on-site installations.
- Drive company or rental vehicles to transport larger stock batches, marketing assets, and materials for major retail "salespreads".
- Partner with another team member to handle, transport, and assemble heavy promotional brand stations and displays (60kg to 80kg). Ensure stations are thoroughly cleaned and presented to a high standard.
- Provide extended operational support on event days, displaying flexibility to work longer hours when required to ensure successful execution.
Warehouse Management & On-Site Operations
- Physically maintain, organize, and track inventory levels within our central warehouse hub to keep stock organized and accessible.
- Comfortably handle routine daily lifting and moving of products ranging from 5kg to 10kg.
- Maintain clean, basic logs and manual records of stock movements, deliveries, and collections to support warehouse tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid, clean UK Driving License is mandatory.
- Confident and efficient navigating London zones via public transport, and willing to travel occasionally to cities near London.
- Comfortable with active physical tasks, station cleaning, routine solo lifting (5–10kg), and assisted heavy setups (60–80kg).
- Committed to a baseline of 15 hours/week (split flexibly across 2 or 3 days), with the crucial flexibility to scale up hours on key event days.
- Capable of maintaining tidy stock spaces and keeping accurate basic paperwork records.
