Summary
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at the award-winning Mill Forge Hotel as a food and beverage supervisor
Duties to include
· Serving restaurant meals and wedding functions
· Setting up and breaking down function rooms
· Managing restaurant staff
· Maintaining high standards of politeness and helpfulness
· Liasing with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met
· Occasional bar work

About the applicant
· Experience of managing a restaurant team is greatly preferred
· The position includes evening and weekend work
· Must be able to travel to The Mill without public transport
This position will be for an average of 20+ hours per week.
Applicants MUST be at least 18 years of age to legally work behind the bar.
