About us:
Austin Homes London is an independent estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings and property management across London. We manage properties on behalf of landlords based across 31 countries, with a strong base of Hong Kong and Chinese investors.
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Spectre user to join us remotely on a part time basis. You will work our Spectre prospecting tool daily, manage inbound leads, send follow up communications and help us grow our managed property portfolio. Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a significant advantage as we are actively targeting Chinese and Hong Kong based landlords.
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year UK lettings agency experience
- Hands-on Spectre experience — no training provided
- Confident written English for landlord outreach
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
Desirable:
- Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese
- Experience working with overseas or Chinese property investors
- Knowledge of EC1V, City Road or London new-build market
