We have opportunities for motivated Cleaners to join our friendly team. For the right, customer-focussed and conscientious individual we can offer flexible working hours, good rates of pay and training.
The right attitude and commitment are far more important than previous experience or cleaning skills. We provide our team with Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates and training as required.

Responsibilities
EasiAs cleaners have a varied role in rental properties, offices, commercial premises, and people’s homes. Duties can include cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, (low-level) windows, work surfaces, cladding, stainless steel, upholstery and other requests as required.
EasiAs expect all team members to:
- Use their initiative to achieve the customer’s required cleaning within the defined EasiAs procedures.
- Ensure safe storage, use and disposal of cleaning products and materials following guidelines and training.
- Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out duties professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to all company & client policies, procedures, site rules and regulations.
Ideal Candidates will have

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and colleagues
- Strong team-working abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to defined timelines

- Driver with own transport
Working environment
- Work will necessarily be carried out on the customer’s premises
- You must respect customer privacy and their property, reporting any damage or breakages immediately
- You will be provided with EasiAs clothing and protective equipment as appropriate to the assigned tasks
Pay and Benefits
The Employment will be, initially, on a flexible hours contract. Working hours are negotiable ranging, typically, between 6 and 20 hours per week. We would expect to agree on a number of hours per week according to the individual’s availability and allocate additional hours by mutual agreement on a week-by-week basis. As we grow we are keen to offer opportunities for contracts with fixed hours or variable with a committed minimum number of hours.
There is a 10-week probationary period.|
A workplace pension scheme is available to qualifying employees
Holiday is paid on the 'rolled-up' pay basis.
