We're looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
This is a varied role where you'll support food and beverage service across the hotel, delivering friendly, professional service and helping ensure every guest enjoys a great experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver friendly and professional service to guests across food and beverage outlets
Support restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations (where applicable)
Take food and drink orders and serve guests efficiently and accurately
Prepare service areas and ensure they are clean, organised and welcoming
Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and promptly
Process payments and transactions accurately
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
Support the setup and delivery of meetings, events and functions (where applicable)
Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Friendly, confident and professional approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive and team-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
