We’re looking for a hands-on J40 Jaw Crusher Operator to keep production moving, downtime low, and standards high.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Operate and monitor the McCloskey J40 jaw crusher
- ️ Manage material feed via the hydraulic direct drive grizzly feeder
Set up/use the hydraulic folding hopper
Run and monitor the 90-control panel/diagnostics 0mm (36”) main conveyor
Use the (telematics option)
Complete daily checks + basic maintenance reporting
Work safely, tidy, and compliant always
About You:
Experience on mobile crushing kit (jaw crusher ideal)
Strong safety mindset + good site awareness
Reliable, proactive, and confident working solo
️ Comfortable with inspections and basic fault spotting
