Responsibilities
- Team Leadership — Support, motivate, and guide bar staff throughout each shift
- Operational Oversight — Ensure smooth running of the bar, from opening to close
- Customer Experience — Maintain Daisy’s warm, upbeat atmosphere and handle escalated guest interactions
- Compliance & Safety — Uphold licensing laws, health and safety standards, and venue policies
- Training & Development — Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining high service standards
- Problem Solving — Respond quickly and effectively to issues during busy nights
Requirements
- Must be available to work nights
- Must be available for at least 1 weeknight and 1 weekend night
- Previous supervisory or senior hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service instincts
- Confident decision-making and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
