Managing the day to day running of an established successful quayside restaurant offering a fusion of Italian and British cuisine. Applicants should be able to provide evidence of success in the following.
- A high level of customer service and communication skills
- Possess strong leadership skills and lead by example
- Ensure high standard of staff training
- Have the ability to budget and control costs
- Effective control of rota planning and correct levels of staffing
- Ensure stock control, cash handling, ordering
- Identify additional market opportunities
In return we are offering a salary from £33k plus tips of approximately £5k (TRONC). A great opportunity to join a vibrant, successful and growing local company.
