Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice age 16 to 19 years old to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while developing essential skills. The Apprentice will work closely with experienced staff, learning the ins and outs of the industry, and contributing to various tasks that support our operations.
Duties
- Assist in daily operations and support team members with their tasks.
- Engage with children, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing ideas and solutions.
Experience
- NO Previous experience is required as you will learn on the job.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.

HOURS WILL START AT 20 HRS PER WEEK WORKING 2PM TO 6PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
