About the Role
Villa Maido Health and Rehabilitation Services is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the planning, budgeting, procurement, and financial management of construction and property-related projects. The successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and value for money.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction and refurbishment projects.
- Monitor project costs and identify potential savings or financial risks.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, valuations, and payment applications.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track expenditure against approved budgets and provide regular financial reports.
- Assist with procurement activities and contractor selection.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant UK construction regulations, contracts, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, documentation, and commercial information.
- Provide professional advice on cost planning, commercial matters, and project performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar construction/commercial role.
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, procurement, and cost control.
- Good understanding of UK construction practices and relevant regulations.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quantity surveying or cost-management software.
- Relevant degree, HNC/HND, or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
Pay: £3,800.00-£4,000.00 per month
