Justintime Healthcare is recruiting dedicated Female Care Workers to join our team in Cleckheaton. This role involves supporting three regular, long-term service users on a local community run with a predictable daily flow.
Whether you are an experienced carer or looking to start a rewarding career in adult social care, we provide full paid training and ongoing support to ensure you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Morning & Bed Routines: Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and settling clients comfortably for the evening.
- Medication & Nutrition: Prompting medication accurately, recording on MAR charts, and preparing light meals and hot drinks.
- Companionship & Social Support: Building positive, person-centered relationships and accompanying a client on local walks and social activities.
- Record Keeping: Logging clear, accurate visit notes via our mobile app and reporting any care updates to office managers.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female applicants only (Exemption under the Equality Act 2010 due to personal care requirements for female service users).
- Location: Ideally based in or very close to Cleckheaton (BD19 / surrounding areas).
- Transport: Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred; however, local walkers with strong punctuality will also be considered.
- Attributes: Patient, dependable, empathetic, and strong communication skills.
- Experience: Previous home care experience is beneficial, but not essential—full company induction and paid shadow training are provided.
