Groundsman / Trainee Climber – Full Time
D.J. Trees & Hedges Ltd are looking for a Groundsman / Trainee Climber to join our team based in Long Itchington, Warwickshire.
We’re looking for someone with some previous experience in Tree surgery, landscaping, grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work, with a genuine interest in learning tree surgery and building a career in the industry.
Tree work is physically demanding and we work outside in all weather throughout the year, so you need to understand what the job involves. You’ll be starting with the basics, learning how we work and working your way up as your experience and ability develops.
We’re looking for someone who is:

* A full UK driving licence holder and confident driving a van

The role:
* Full-time employed position
* Predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work when required
* £25,000 –£30,000 per year, depending on experience
* Paid holiday plus bank holidays
* Paid trial shift
* Probationary period
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Based in Long Itchington, Warwickshire
