Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager based in Belfast, Northern Ireland to lead the oversight and operational management of residential or commercial properties. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of property facilities, maintaining high tenant satisfaction, and optimizing property performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your property management expertise and knowledge.
Duties
- Oversee daily property operations, ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Manage maintenance schedules, including repairs, upgrades, and routine inspections.
- Supervise contractors and vendors, providing clear direction and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining open communication channels.
- To carry out move in, mid term and move out property inspections with detailed report.
- Maintain accurate records whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Deliver and exceptional customer experience throughout the tenancy
Requirements
- Proven management experience in property management and residential lettings.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- A proactive and customer focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
