Job Summary
We are looking for a Chef that wants to be part of a team. and work for an independent where you can have input. If you are passionate about preparing and delivering exceptional food and want to be part of a fun team - we are the first choice! Have you or would you like experience in the restaurant/ gastro pub environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love you to join our friendly team. Unfortunately we cannot offer any kind of sponsorship programme. Salary dependent on experience plus a healthy tronc!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes as per menu specifications
- Ensure food quality meets set standards
- Following Health & Safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role within a restaurant or gastro pub
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Culinary qualification is desirable but not essential
