We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organisation. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the management team to achieve organisational goals and uphold high standards of service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and expand market presence.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
- Manage merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Organise schedules, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure adherence to organisational policies.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all operational areas.
- Foster a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within retail or sales environments; supervising teams is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative functions.

- Previous experience in retail management or similar roles is preferred.
