Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Number Plate Production Operative to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality number plates using substrates, reflective materials, and films, ensuring all products meet company and customer specifications before being dispatched.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture prestige number plates using a variety of substrates, reflective materials, and films.
- Operate in-house software systems to print registration details onto reflective materials and films accurately.
- Prepare, assemble, and finish number plates to required standards and specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy, appearance, and compliance with company standards.
- Package completed number plates in accordance with specified postage and shipping requirements to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate production records where required.
- Ensure workstations and equipment are kept clean, organised, and in good working order.
- Follow company procedures, health and safety guidelines, and production schedules.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong commitment to quality control and producing high-standard products.
- Ability to follow production processes and work instructions consistently.
- Competent IT skills and ability to use production software.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, signage, or similar production environments is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
