We’re looking for an experienced, confident and hardworking Mechanic / Technician to take charge of our busy workshop.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced mechanic / technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Confident fault finder who can diagnose problems and carry out repairs independently
- Hardworking and reliable with a good attitude
- Punctual and able to work to good timings
- Able to work confidently alone – we are NOT looking for someone who needs constant supervision
- Able to take charge of the workshop and keep jobs organised and moving efficiently
- Takes pride in keeping the workshop clean, tidy and presentable
- Polite and professional with customers and other members of the team
- Willing to stay on when required to get the job finished (over time paid)
- Able to work Saturday mornings when needed
Tools
You should have your own basic set of mechanic’s tools.
We have a fully equipped workshop with all the necessary equipment and specialist tools on site, but we expect a good mechanic who takes pride in their work to have and use their own basic tools.
We’re looking for someone who can be trusted to get on with the job, diagnose faults confidently and keep the workshop moving.
