Position: Operations Cost Coordinator
Location: Europe
We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Cost Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting our operations across Europe. The successful candidate will assist with fuel management, cost monitoring, supplier coordination, and operational support to ensure projects run efficiently. The role requires regular travel to project sites across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate diesel procurement and monitor fuel usage across company projects.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, deliveries, and operational expenses.
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange fuel deliveries and obtain competitive pricing.
- Assist with monitoring operational costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports on fuel usage and project-related expenses.
- Travel to project sites across Europe to provide operational support and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Perform general administrative duties related to project operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an operations, logistics, administration, or coordination role is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good numerical and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Europe.
- Full, valid driving licence (essential).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Languages
- Essential: Fluent in English and Romanian.
- Beneficial: Working knowledge of German.
