We are looking for skilled and certified engineers to join our growing team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments and performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) for residential and commercial properties.
We are expanding our team to cover key areas across London, Coventry, Birmingham, and regions within the M25 and M27 corridors.
About the Role:
We are looking for qualified and experienced engineers to provide essential services in compliance with legal standards. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of residential and commercial properties.
Key Locations We Serve:
- London Boroughs: Barking & Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, City of London, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Kingston Upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond Upon Thames, Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth, City of Westminster.
- Midlands Areas: Coventry, Birmingham, and surrounding regions.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications for conducting EPCs (e.g., Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor certification).
- Qualifications and certification for EICR inspections (e.g., City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of current UK regulations for EPCs and EICRs.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
