Job Purpose: To deliver and collect laundry from customer sites.
All Commercial Laundry Delivery Drivers are required to work under the overall direction of the Floor Manager in order to ensure that the company provides a high quality and reliable service to its customers.
All Staff are required to comply with reasonable requests to conduct duties which may include, but are not limited to:
- Loading / unloading of company vehicles at the laundry;
- Driving a van, usually a long wheel based.
- Loading / unloading of company vehicles at the customers location; the drop of point can be anywhere in the hotels/restaurant as instructed by the laundry;
- Basic maintenance of the vans is expected, washer fluid, oil checks/top up, light changes, tyre checks etc
- Vans the expected to be cleaned on a weekly basis (internal and external)
- Friendly approach to customers
Any applicant would need to have a driving license, limited to 3 points.
With the developing nature of business, in the modern climate, the hours will vary depending on various requirements.

Days - Monday - Friday
Start time 6am, finish time can vary due to traffic. It is estimated weekly hours will be roughly 30 hours.
Bluebird work all bank holidays, normally close Xmas Day and New Years Day.
