Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant / Immigration Caseworker to join our client’s team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will have practical experience in UK corporate immigration and will be responsible for managing immigration cases from initial assessment through to completion. You will provide clear guidance to clients, prepare and review applications, manage supporting documentation and ensure cases are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage immigration cases from initial client consultation through to completion
- Advise clients on relevant UK immigration routes and requirements
- Prepare, review and submit Sponsor Licence applications
- Handle Skilled Worker Visa applications and related matters
- Handle Innovator Founder Visa (IFV) applications
- Handle Global Talent Visa (GTV) applications
- Assess client circumstances and identify suitable immigration options
- Gather and review supporting documents and ensure applications meet relevant requirements
- Prepare application forms, supporting letters and case documentation accurately
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email and video calls
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously and ensure applications are progressed within appropriate timescales
- Keep accurate and up-to-date case records
- Stay informed of changes to UK immigration rules, policies and procedures
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of client service and case management
Skills and Experience
- Previous practical experience in UK immigration casework is essential
- Strong experience with Sponsor Licence applications
- Experience handling Skilled Worker Visa applications
- Experience with Innovator Founder Visa applications
- Experience with Global Talent Visa applications
- Good understanding of UK corporate immigration procedures and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues within applications
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines
- Confident dealing directly with clients and explaining complex immigration matters clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Qualifications & Regulatory Level
- Minimum IAA Level 2 (formerly OISC Level 2) required.
- IAA Level 3 or higher would be desirable.
- Experienced immigration advisers with strong casework experience are preferred.

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,442.59 per year
