We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Workers and Complex waking night carers to provide specialised support to both adults and children with complex health needs. This role involves delivering personalised care within the comfort of clients own homes. We are currently recruiting for dedicated and professional carers to support in Reading and surrounding area's with the following:
- Tracheostomy
- Suction and Neb- BiPap
- Ventilation
- PEG feeding and management
- Seizure management
- Cough assist
- Bowel management
- Bladder washout
- Autonomic dysreflexia (AD)
- Buccal Midazolam
Requirements:
- Must speak clear and fluent English
- Willing to complete full safeguarding checks and paperwork
- Reliable, compassionate and committed to long-term care
- Self-employed or willing to register
- In date training certificates
