Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FOH Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations within our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing front-line staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training and mentoring staff to uphold service standards and company policies.
- Monitor service quality, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and organisational procedures.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and queue management during busy periods.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and optimise guest experiences.
- Handle administrative tasks such as shift scheduling, reporting, and maintaining cleanliness standards in the front-of-house area.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the hospitality or guest services sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservation systems and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Prior experience in guest services is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
