Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Solicitor or CILEX with experience in RTA/ EL/ PL to join our Personal Injury department . The successful candidate will be responsible for running a small caseload of mainly litigated fast track and multi track cases.
Duties
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity
- Advise clients on various legal matters, ensuring they understand their rights and obligations
- Manage a caseload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and client needs
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
- Attend court hearings, meetings, and negotiations as required
- Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with internal policies
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal best practices to provide informed advice
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX member with relevant practising certificate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines
- Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrable attention to detail and high standards of professionalism

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
