We're looking for a Relief Security Officer to support multiple sites across Spalding and Boston, covering holidays, sickness and short-notice requirements. As a Relief Security Officer, you'll provide a professional and visible security presence across a range of sites, helping to protect people, property and assets while maintaining the highest standards of service.
You'll be trusted to step into different environments at short notice, respond confidently to incidents and ensure all site procedures and Assignment Instructions are followed at all times.
This role offers genuine variety, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, adaptable and engaged.
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
- Previous security experience
- Professional, calm and confident approach
- Strong communication and customer service skills
You'll also need a positive attitude towards ongoing training, development and maintaining licence renewals.
- Delivering professional security services across multiple sites
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and customers
- Responding effectively to incidents, emergencies and suspicious activity
- Carrying out patrols and monitoring for potential risks
- Completing incident reports, logbooks and check calls accurately
- Reporting Health & Safety concerns promptly
- Using security systems and technology confidently
- Remaining calm, professional and proactive under pressure
