Hi! Badger Badger is a pub in Deptford with board gaming and a Japanese/American fusion street food kitchen.
Deep fat fryers and charcoal/yakitori grill are the only cooking apparatus so it is a simple kitchen to work on but experience with live fuel is preferred. The food offer is Japanese/western fusion with a focus on flame grilled and fried small plates and a small, fast changing menu.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a passion for delivering consistently delicious food.
- Be able to run quiet services.
- Drive standards and support the head chef.
- Have 3 years kitchen experience.
- Have their level 2 food safety and hygiene.
- Be able to work to kitchen hygiene standards at a 5 star rating level.
