Salary + Bonus D.O.E £52,000 to £65,000.

Responsibilities of a Registered Manager and not limited to:
- To ensure the home meets all requirements of The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards contained therein and is compliant with all other relevant legislation.
- To be responsible for the safeguarding of the children and young people in your care.
- To lead, manage and motivate your team to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
- To ensure the Statement of purpose is adhered to.
- To work positively alongside all agencies and families.
- To understand the needs of the children and young people ensuring all staff work with them to deliver positive outcomes.
What We Require From a Registered Manager:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a children's residential care setting
- Previous management or deputy management experience within children's residential services
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding practices
Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
