Personal assistant required to work with a retired adult gentleman with Parkinson's disease and mild dementia in his own home. A qualification in health and social care would be desirable.
Your role might include:
· supporting with social and physical activities
· going to appointments,
· helping with personal care to include, toileting, support with showering and dressing as required.
· supporting with eating and drinking
· monitoring individuals’ conditions and assisting with medication.

Must be OK with a friendly dog, all PPE supplied, driving license desirable
DBS to be arranged and paid for by the employer
Hours: 16/20 hours to be worked flexibly to fit in with other team members.
Rate of pay: £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay and pension
Extra hours to cover staff absence, holidays.
