Welcome from the Principal:

We are extremely proud of our tradition of serving the families of the community of Marske and surrounding areas. Our recent Ofsted Inspection recognised the many strengths of the school as we secured judgements of Good across all areas. About the role
At Outwood Academy Bydales we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our team. You will be required to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment. As a Learning Manager you must have the ability to work with students and have a real interest in the issues faced by the students. You will monitor and support all students in the year group, both academically and behaviourally. You will work closely with the Inclusion Co-coordinator and the Leadership Team on improving student behaviour, attendance and outcomes. Day to day, you will work with students to help them to be the best they can be.
The successful candidate must be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work and ensure that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and be able to lead by example are essential. You will be required to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘Students First’.
We believe that all teaching and support staff posts within our Family of Schools are key posts in terms of supporting student success and achievement across a broad range of subjects and experiences. As such we are keen to recruit dedicated and ambitious professionals who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom.
This is an excellent role for any individuals that have a passion for supporting students to ensure they are supported within their education.
