Casterbridge Lodge is an award winning care home in Winterbourne Steepleton, Dorchester , Dorset. We are looking for dedicated Domestic Assistant to work as part of a team and deliver the highest standards of cleanliness to individuals living in our care.
Responsibilities: To promote individual independence, dignity and respect by delivering the highest possible standards of care to the people living at Northway House.
Responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the home by dusting, vacuuming and general cleaning duties to ensure that all rooms and public areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience of working within a dementia nursing environment would be a distinct advantage, however we appreciate that everyone has to start somewhere; so why not start with us!
We are looking for someone with:
- A passion for providing quality care to the Elderly, which includes the environment surrounding them.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Some-one who is highly motivational
Breaks are Paid Shift patterns can be accommodated for right person.
