Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Office Coordinator to become an integral part of our Manchester branch, located in Castlefield. While previous experience in administration or the property industry would be advantageous, it is not essential, we are more interested in finding the right individual with the right attitude.
About the Role:
As our Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the branch. Working closely with your team, you will ensure that daily operations are handled with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to going the extra mile for clients and colleagues alike.
Location: Manchester M15 4PT
Salary: £26k per annum
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:45am-5:30pm
Friday 8:45am-4pm
1 in 5 Saturdays in the summer months, 3 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the branch team and wider business
- Handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule property viewings and liaise with prospective tenants and clients.
- Coordinate property key collections and returns.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the branch is well organised.
- Support the team with a variety of administrative and ad hoc tasks.
- Conduct property viewings and video tours when required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure company systems are kept up to date.
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Professional, reliable and approachable.
- Able to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to support the wider team wherever needed.
Previous experience within property, lettings, private rentals, hospitality or a customer-facing administration role would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
