Centra Trackside is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Deli Assistant to join our busy deli team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh food to the highest standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ensure the deli is clean, well-stocked, and presented at all times.
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and waste control.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the deli.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous deli, catering, retail, or food service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work additional hours and cover shifts when required, including weekends.
