Job Description
As a Business Support Administrator, we are looking for someone to support the senior team with day to day running of the business, including:
Ø Administrative HR support including overseeing all key HR systems.
Ø Oversee all aspects of the recruitment journey from interview right through to new starter induction.
Ø Support the smooth running of the office by supporting the directors and departmental leads with varied recurring and project based tasks.
Ø Coordinate training, vehicle compliance and Health & Safety at our Head Office.
Ø Lead employee engagement, corporate social responsibility & social media initiatives.
Ø Provide support in gaining business approvals, purchase orders and expenses.
Ø Support cost-out projects and contract negotiations to ensure the business is always getting best value from its supply base.
Ø Any other duties as assigned by your line manager.
Essential
Ø Strong analytical, written & communication skills
Ø Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & strong IT Skills
Ø Highest level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Desirable
Ø Previous experience in HR Administration
Ø Previous experience working within property industry
Ø Experience of providing high-level administrative support
Ø Excellent organisational and planning skills
Ø Excellent teamwork skills
Ø Strong negotiations and persuasion skills
