Screen Clinical is a well-established and respected healthcare provider operating across Northern Ireland, Ireland, and Great Britain. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day administrative operations.
This is a key support role focused on providing efficient administrative assistance across the business. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident in managing multiple tasks, and committed to delivering a professional service to colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the management team and wider business.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for clients, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation and management of reports, presentations, meeting materials, and electronic documents, including processing and tracking documents through Adobe Sign.
- Support diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements where required.
- Process and manage company paperwork, forms, and internal documentation.
- Support the coordination of company events, meetings, and training activities.
- Ensure office supplies are monitored and ordered as required.
- Assist with maintaining company systems and ensuring information is kept up to date.
- Undertake other reasonable administrative duties as required to support the business.
Essential Criteria
- Previous office administration experience in a busy and professional environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work Mondays and Fridays as part of the contracted working pattern.
Desirable Criteria
Experience within a healthcare, professional services, or regulated environment.
Experience of maintaining accurate records, customer databases, and administrative systems in a professional office environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
