Location: Newhouse Farm Industrial Estate, Chepstow, NP16 6UD
Salary: £32,075.49 per annum + 15% shift allowance
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday
Hours: 5:30pm – 3:00am

We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our night shift team in Chepstow. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, loaded correctly, and ready for delivery so that our customers receive the products they need, when they need them.

What you'll be doing
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll work across our ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse areas, helping to prepare customer orders for delivery.
- Picking customer orders using voice-directed headset technology
- Loading vehicles safely and accurately for delivery routes
- Checking products are stored and handled correctly
- Moving stock using pump trucks, power pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and housekeeping
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure deliveries leave on time
- Following all health, safety and food handling procedures
What we're looking for
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working in ambient, chilled and frozen environments
- Previous warehouse, order picking or distribution experience is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
This is an active role that involves regular walking, lifting, carrying and moving products throughout your shift.
