Westbourne Conservative Club are looking for a good work ethic, reliable, person to join our small very friendly team as Bar Staff, working around 12 hrs per week Weekdays, weekends, day & night shifts, additional work maybe available to cover holidays etc. so needs to be someone that is flexible and can work with the needs of the business.
As Bar Staff...
*Provide members with a heartfelt friendly welcome and experience
*Greet, serve drinks and look after our members whilst they enjoy our club
What your training includes...
* Very much hands-on training in all aspects of serving our customers, also will include bar training, till training, Health & Safety, customer service and people skills
Desired Skills...
This position would suit an experienced bar staff individual or an inexperienced person with who wishes to learn the role, as we will provide full training (hourly rate will depend on age and experience)

*Must have a friendly, positive, personality who genuinely enjoys meeting and assisting people
*We are a very friendly helpful team and need a person who fits in well with such a team
*A willingness and desire to learn all aspects of this role
*The role is not highly demanding, however it does require good people skills, good common sense, a helpful attitude, lots of energy and a smile
*High standard of cleanliness and hygiene
*A smart and tidy appearance
