What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ year of IT support experience in a corporate environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & Windows, MAC, & Servers (if possible)
* Cool under pressure—able to assist users with patience and professionalism
* A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
