The Stables Bar & Restaurant is the heart of Grange Farm Park, a family-owned luxury holiday destination on the beautiful Lincolnshire coast. Our welcoming 60-cover brasserie, alongside unique outdoor dining spaces including tipis, a potting shed, stretch tent, and BBQ hut, offers guests and locals a memorable dining experience from breakfast through to evening service, private events, and weddings.
We take pride in serving high-quality food, delivering genuine hospitality, and maintaining consistent standards. Our menus celebrate locally sourced ingredients, British favourites, and comforting seasonal dishes.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. Whether you're an experienced chef seeking a new challenge or an ambitious individual eager to develop your skills, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic business.
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and maintaining high kitchen standards. You will:
- Support the day-to-day running of kitchen operations.
- Confidently manage your section during service, ensuring quality and consistency at all times.
- Contribute to the creation of daily specials that excite guests while helping to minimise waste.
- Support the development of a positive, skilled, and motivated kitchen team.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene standards and ensure compliance with allergen, health and safety, and HACCP procedures.
This is a hands-on position where you'll lead by example, bring fresh ideas to the kitchen, and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
About You
