Job Summary
Join Our Team: Beacon VetCare is looking for a friendly, organised and compassionate receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll provide a warm welcome while helping our busy practices run smoothly. We're looking for someone with previous veterinary receptionist experience (preferred), or reception experience in a similar healthcare or customer-focused role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good IT skills, and the ability to work well in a busy team.

Experience
- Proven veterinary experience
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Good people skills to build rapport with clients, pets, and team members
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while providing outstanding customer service
