We have an exciting opportunity for a GDC-registered Dental Hygienist/Therapist to join our friendly and established team at Glenhaven Dental – a multi-award-winning, family-run private dental practice.
We have built a strong reputation for providing high-quality dentistry and exceptional patient care, supported by a loyal and well-established patient base.
We are looking for someone who shares our values, enjoys being part of a close-knit team and takes genuine pride in providing an excellent experience for their patients.
The Position
We currently have 1 or 2 days per week available, with flexibility around the days worked.
You will inherit an established hygiene diary comprising both Private and Denplan patients, with approximately 30% of our hygiene appointments being Private.
Pay
Our Hygienists/Therapists are paid according to the type of appointment provided:
- £70.40 per hour – Private hygiene patients
- £33.00 per hour – Denplan hygiene patients
- Approximately 30% of hygiene appointments are Private

You will be joining an experienced team of dentists, hygienists, therapists, dental nurses and treatment coordinators, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, patient care and creating an enjoyable place to work.
Who We're Looking For
We would love to hear from someone who:
- Is a GDC-registered Dental Hygienist/Therapist
- Has excellent patient care and communication skills
- Is professional, reliable and well organised
- Takes pride in providing a high standard of periodontal and preventative care
- Is confident treating both Private and Denplan patients
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients
- Has a good knowledge of Dental Software namely SOE/Dentally but not essential as training will be provided if necessary.
Experience is welcomed, but finding the right person to fit within our team is just as important to us.
