Des Winks Cars Limited require a new full time Sales Executive to join the team at our dealerships in Scarborough.
We require a sales professional or aspiring sales professional to join us and help move our growing business forward. We currently represent Volkswagen & Skoda in Scarborough with plans for future expansion.
Although we welcome applicants already in this or a similar role, no previous motor trade experience is needed for this role as full dealer and manufacturer training will be given. Commitment, reliability and determination to succeed are the only other qualification's necessary. You will need to be pro-active in your approach to develop and increase business with the ability to plan and organise your daily activities in order to achieve deadlines. Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our business so the ideal candidate would have experience of a customer service role, be confident and outgoing and be willing to invest their time in a fast-paced growing business.
The role involves the sale of new and used vehicles so attention to detail as well as numeracy, administration and IT skills including digital awareness are important. The successful applicant should be driven and self-motivated to achieve individual and business targets. A Full UK driving licence is vital for this role.
The Role of Sales Executive Consists of:
· Selling a wide range of new and used vehicles in the showroom, online and over the phone.
· Engaging with all types of customers to find the right product for them, concluding the sale and managing the experience through to handover of the vehicle.
· Ensuring the correct finance and additional products are offered in line with FCA guidelines.
· Using digital technology and systems to aid the sales process and maximise opportunities.
· Proactively manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business while maintaining accurate CRM records.
· Focus on long term customer loyalty by creating and building long term relationships with our customers.
