Hours: Full time ( Monday - Friday 10AM -6PM)
Salary: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 Plus Travel Expenses

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Property Assistant Manager to support the smooth running of our property operations both residential and commercial properties.
This is a key role within the business ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the individuals who live in them.
You will work both independently and as part of a wider team, coordinating maintenance, carrying out property audits, and supporting the setup and transition of properties.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Act as the first point of contact for new maintenance requests, assessing and recording details accurately.
- Plan and coordinate contractor visits for routine and urgent works.
- Maintain clear, organised records of communications, schedules, and actions.
Property Management
- Carry out weekly on‑site property audits using detailed checklists.
- Produce and distribute audit reports, ensuring follow‑up actions are completed.
- Assist with setting up new properties, including sourcing and arranging furniture and essential items.
- Support property closures, documenting repairs and managing turnaround for future use.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare reports relating to maintenance, audits, and contractor performance.
- Support procurement activities linked to property needs.
- Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures and data protection requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles (property/operations background desirable).
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with contractors, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail, particularly when preparing reports and checklists.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Excel, Word, mobile apps, reporting systems).
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel between properties as required.
- Demonstrated experience carrying out property coordination, facilities support, or similar operational duties with minimal supervision.
- Confident in managing property‑related tasks from start to finish, including problem‑solving and liaising with contractors.
- Strong understanding of property standards, safety expectations, and operational processes gained through previous relevant roles
- Experienced managing serviced offices
Desirable
- Experience in property maintenance or facilities coordination.
- Familiarity with property management or project management processes and operations
