Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

Heart of Supply is excited to be recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support our growing network of welcoming primary schools across Lincoln, Lincolnshire and the surrounding villages.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining positive learning environments and ensuring pupils continue to make excellent progress while their class teacher is absent.
We're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable teachers who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues, establish clear expectations and bring confidence, warmth and professionalism into every classroom.

What you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
- Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, with the ability to quickly adapt to different year groups and classroom environments.
- A nurturing, flexible teaching style that enables you to build positive relationships with pupils and support their learning from day one.
- Strong classroom management skills, using clear expectations and positive behaviour strategies to create a calm and purposeful learning environment.
- The ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons while bringing enthusiasm, creativity and energy into the classroom.
- A good understanding of the National Curriculum, effective assessment practices and adaptive teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and carers where appropriate.
- A proactive, reliable and organised approach, with the confidence to work independently while becoming part of a new school team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with an understanding of current safeguarding responsibilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Heart of Supply.
- A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in a UK primary school (including teaching placements for Early Career Teachers).
