Responsibilities

- Assist guests with seating, answer questions about menu options, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Support the team during busy periods by managing guest flow and assisting with special requests or accommodations
Skills
- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in a hosting or hospitality role
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Knowledge of hotel or guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating a customer-first mindset
