Your Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting care teams on shift
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Administering and recording medication (where required)
- Supporting with personal care and daily living activities
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Communicating effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Acting as a positive role model for care staff
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant
- Experience working within residential, nursing or supported living services
- Medication administration experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A compassionate and reliable approach
- Flexibility to work across different services
- A valid DBS (Update Service preferred but not essential)
